The Last Event

This has been written by Snowy White, Kay’s husband and her longest serving case study.

I’m so very sorry to report that Kay died on the 21 June. It was sudden and fast. many of you may have known she was ill, but she did a great job of hiding the extent of it and carrying on with the flag flying high.

I wanted to thank those who have sent messages, letters, cards and called me to reflect, and offer your sympathy. It’s been quite a tough time, but your contact has been of great comfort.

One of Kay’s favourite quotes was originally made by our Queen and was simply, “Grief is the price we pay for love.” she used it when we lost a hound, a friend and our parents.

We always think we have more time, but no one really knows how much we really do have, so she would want to encourage you, through me, to be your best self. Be true to your values. Be kind and always show up and sparkle.

She leaves a big gap for me, and many others, but the show must go on, and we owe it to her, a legacy perhaps, that we all keep our heads held high, even in the low moments, and go with the flow, as she would say.

Her ezine has been going out for years, hundreds of them over that time, and she can still be heard on her podcasts, and through her books. She was proud of them, and of all of her clients over the last 20 years, more than a thousand of you.

This will be however, the last Ezine, so please don’t hit reply as i’m afraid this time she won’t be reading what you say.

Her final event will be on July 15th at 12.30pm. Perhaps then, or during that day you may want to spare a few seconds to  pause for reflection on where you are, where you want to go,  and how you can do it by still being true to yourself.

My best wishes.

Snowy White.
