Since 2006, Kay White has empowered thousands of corporate career women to negotiate promotions, substantial pay increases, new roles and responsibilities, more flexible working hours, sudden redundancies and manage industry shifts.  

Using the methodology and steps from her ELEVATE™ Leadership Accelerator Programme, Kay empowers women to fast-track their leadership potential without burning out.

Drawing upon the highs and lows of her own 20-year career in international insurance broking – from Secretary to Director – Kay works privately with her clients as well as supporting organisations such as Barclays, CitiBank, The London Stock Exchange, Lloyd’s of London, EY and Willis Towers Watson with their D&I Initiatives. 

Endorsed by Dame Inga Beale, the first woman CEO of Lloyd’s of London, Kay’s most recent book It’s Always Your Move identifies the 8 Proven Principles of Your Career Success Cycle – 8 hidden rules to “show women how to confidently and strategically navigate the twists and turns of their own unique career journeys” in any economy.  Kay’s books are also endorsed by Dr Lois Frankel (Nice Girls Don’t Get The Corner Office) and John Assaraf (The Secret).

Hosting a weekly podcast “Show Up; Sparkle & Be Heard At Work” downloaded over 40,000 times globally, Kay’s also been featured on BBC Radio, Top MBA, Psychologies, GLAMOUR.
